Rule 24
Personnel Adjustment
(1) For the purpose of adjusting the employees of the council to the structure related to sports at the federation, state and local level, the council shall prepare a report of organization and management survey.
(2) Association while preparing the report of organization and management survey in accordance with sub-rule (1); A detailed description of the posts to be adjusted at the provincial and local levels should be prepared.
(3) In accordance with sub-rule (2), the Council shall publish a notice requesting applications from employees who wish to be adjusted to the positions that are adjusted in the sports-related structures of the federation, state and local levels.
(4) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (3), if the permanent employee working in the council receives the consent of the concerned state or local level, the council may make the adjustment to the same state or local level.
(5) According to this rule, while adjusting the permanent employees of the council, the basis of level matching will be taken according to the prevailing law.
(6) According to this rule, if the staff is adjusted at the state and local level or if the posts to be adjusted at the state and local level become vacant due to any reason, the position of that post will be automatically cancelled. (7) If the adjustment cannot be made according to this rule, the council will appoint the council to work in the sports-related structures of the state and local levels for the management of the staff of the council.
